The Senior Manager of Regional Consumer Research & Insights is a new position within Sandisk’s Global Consumer Insights & Analytics (“CIA”) function. This regional research role will be responsible for working with the regional Sales & Marketing teams to identify consumer & shopper learning needs, execute associated learning plans, and deliver critical consumer and market insights.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships and engagements to deliver private advertising solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals, data and delivery specifications, and delivery of services. You will conduct meetings, develop configuration documents, oversee data integration, maintain ongoing communication with clients and collaborate with product management teams.

The individual will be a leader by coaching, mentoring staff, building client relationships, and ensuring projects complete on time and within budget. This role also involves updating processes and internal systems to ensure team efficiency and collaboration.

This role is responsible for delivering human centered data-driven insights that shape events, philanthropy, and volunteerism to help drive awareness, engagement, brand love and retention. This leader translates ACS’s strategic goals into actionable research plans, focusing on events, stewardship, and volunteerism. The Director partners with business owners and cross-functional teams to ensure that the insights are at the center of decision-making.
